Casey’s General Store, located on McArthur Street, was built on the site of an old home long since demolished. The elderly people who owned the home had died there. Ever since Casey’s opened, the employees have reported the walk-in doors opening and shutting, things in the back room falling off of shelves, things taken off the shelves and being stacked neatly on the floor in the middle of the night after the store is closed. The smell of perfume is noticed often when it is just the opening crew early in the morning. Footsteps, sighs, and cold spots are also very frequent.
